It is sad that in Romania the Medical System is collapsed. The card used for prescriptions is often useless, stuck and needs many minutes to get reactivated... Patients are being send from one doctor to another with medical letters!!! Why is this shit necessary? What is the use of the cards then? Why isn`t all the information regarding the patient stocked there? Why do we still stand so much incompetence?
It is absurd though..because Romania`s National hymn states "Wake up Romanians, from the deadly sleep". What an irony to this nation, no?
We have so many IT specialists that do what....? What they are told...
